The baking profession is fascinating but complex, balancing business management, ecological challenges, and the need to rebuild community ties in villages. Pousse Média was born from Pascal Rigo and Zoé Toulouse's desire to offer artisans a space for dialogue and inspiration to collectively envision the future of artisan baking.

The site aims to support artisans in their success and personal growth. We have implemented an intuitive platform that centralizes practical podcasts, a support chatbot to answer technical or legal questions, and solidarity projects like "L’Arrondi du Boulanger" to better highlight the work of in-store teams.
