GetWelcom is a solution for managing customer experience and marketing for hotels, designed to simplify their daily operations, help them digitize, and stay compliant effortlessly.
Context
GetWelcom had developed its first website in-house. However, their technical teams were fully occupied with work on customer-facing applications. They therefore wanted to undertake a redesign to professionalize and modernize the website with the help of a service provider.
Objectives
The goal was to redesign the website to improve user experience while modernizing the interface. We specifically worked on a more user-friendly navigation bar for visitors and customers, as well as a more intuitive 'Pricing' page.
